Butterflies

It's getting to be late summer now. More of these butterflies will soon be emerging and beginning to migrate. I remember as a kid looking for the brightly colored cocoon's hanging under the milkweed plants, and taking one home in a jar to watch the butterfly emerge. It looks like kid's still find this process fascinating.
